Write 1 script for a Media Violence play for K-8 students (you should plan on younger kids seeing this)
Media Violence Play Acting
Based on the notes on Media Violence (4 effects) you are now going to create a skit for elementary/middle school students.
Choose 1 out of the 4 effects
Write a detailed script showing the effects of media violence
Make sure the script is detailed enough for anyone to be able to get up and perform it
You will probably need to add instructions of props, costumes, and other things that are needed
Keep it entertaining
Scripts are written using Times New Roman, 14pt font in ALL CAPS
Each script must have a title
You may work with ONE other person on this. Make sure both names are on it
Email your final script when you are done
Example:
SETTING: BASEMENT IN AN AVERAGE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH A COUCH AND A TV.
TWO BOYS ARE PRESENT WEARING JEANS AND HOODIES.
BOY 1: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO TODAY?
BOY 2: I DON’T KNOW, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?
